Required Qualifications:

·        Licensed to practice law in WA State

·        Proficiency in timekeeping

·        Experienced in case management software (we use PracticeMaster)

·        Proficient in in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Outlook)

·        Family Law or litigation experience

What You'll Do:

• Advocate for clients and help them navigate the legal system
• Develop and refine firm procedures to streamline operations
• Drive teamwork and knowledge sharing through active engagement in Legal Team huddles. case meetings, and firm growth initiatives
